[TenTec] Using USB to serial Adapter for OMNI VI+

A USB-to-serial adapter will work fine with the Omni VI or VI+.  I'm using
one right now for CAT on my Omni VI/Opt 3 at 19,200 baud.  I use another one
for CAT on my FT-817 at 38,400 baud, and have no problems there, either.
Garden-variety USB-to-Serial adapters seem to work fine.
