[TenTec] Using USB to serial Adapter for OMNI VI+

I use a serial to USB adapter I bought at Radio Shack on my Omni VI Opt 3 rig and Ham Radio Deluxe control with no problems.  My problem was that my new computer had no "DB" type serial connections on it.
