[TenTec] Dial drag adjustment

Has anyone figured out how to adjust the dial drag on the Orion radios?  I've tried to hold the knob skirt but have come to the conclusion that my fingers are too fat and weak to accomplish the task.  Someone must have figured this out by now.

By the way.  I've owned my O2 for about three months now and have had a ball learning to use it and all it's features.  It simply is the best radio I've ever owned......bar none!
