This is the kind of details they need, so they can recreate the problem. I 
was in the service area at IBM for many years and really appreciated the 
customers that had the details all laid out as to what made the machine fail for 
them. Then I could fix it FB.

That way they can see all the issues, prioritize them and fix them...
