It's my understanding that the 937 is a relabeled Astron SL-11. I haven't 
found a schematic posted anywhere for it yet but the RS series especially the 
RS-10 or RS-12) are probably very similar electrically. Try this link:

Probably the first suspect would be a partially open bridge rectifier --- that 
is a known issue with some of the TT built supplies per their repair 
department.
