[TenTec] Received cw sigs (2.059)

I've noticed the distortion on the leading edge of strong CW signals  
as well with v2.059.  Although to a greater extent, I had the same  
issue with v1.371 and v1.372.  My rig was last updated in the spring  
of 2005.
