[TenTec] Adapting PTO style Ten-Tec transceivers for FSK

The Corsair and Corsair II also have the 10 kHz shift
varactor built into thier VFO's. Also most TT radios of the
PTO vintage use a varactor for the RIT function as well, that
too might be modifyable for FSK use.
