[TenTec] Paragon S meter operation?

Guys,

The S meter on my Paragon doesn't ride up the scale as I go down in RF 
gain like the Orion does...  I kinda forgot if the S meter did that on 
the Paragon or if I have a problem inside the Paragon?  I noticed that 
the S meter moved on some strong signals so I guess the circuit is working.

Could someone with a Paragon check that S meter "attribute", please!
