[TenTec] Omni VII and Logic 8

The pegasus file interface will only work when using my N4PY software along
with logic8.  If you just want to use logic8 without my N4PY software, then
setup logic8 for a Jupiter.  The Jupiter front panel serial commands and
Omni VII front panel serial commands are the same.
