[TenTec] Do I need a fan for Pegasus on digital modes?

I've run my ArgoV on digital modes and I'm sure a fan is necessary 
because I am running near full power - 20 watts.  I'm thinking of 
setting up a Pegasus as the main digital rig but my power level 
relative to what the Pegasus would put out is much lower. That is, 
except for CW, I'd be running it  between 40 and 50 watts.  At that 
power level, would I/should I get the Ten Tec fan for the Pegasus?
