[TenTec] PARAGON Keying problem

Does that have a T/R Relay. On my Drake TR 7 I was having just the  opposite 
problem. Sounded like it was closing but no power out. Pulled out the  relay. 
Took off the cover, cleaned the contacts put it back it  and works  perfect. 
But I am not a tech and I don't ever own a PARAGON so pay very little  
attention to what I am telling you. Just sounded like it my be similar.
