[TenTec] Paragon II question

It is worth mentioning that the Paragon II when transmitting in "AM"
actually transmits SSB with reinserted carrier. You can select which
sideband you want to transmit on. You cannot transmit on both sidebands.
An AM detector can demodulate it, however it is not the same thing as
DSB AM. The sidebands pass through the same filter as is used for SSB
transmit, and you can expect the same audio bandwidth as with SSB. The
carrier is reinserted after the filter. You can listen to received AM
signals using the 6 kHz filter.
