[TenTec] Ten Tec CW Filter connection

Hi.  I picked up a CW Filter, Model 208, to use with a 509 Xcvr
 
I dont have instructions for the Filter
 
The Transciever has the round Accessories plug with 5 inputs, 2 of them are  
shorted.
 
The CW Filter has a molex type square plug with 6 connections, only 4 of  
them are connected to the Filter.
 
Need some help to connect them.
