Very interesting. I also still use my original
Vibroplex Deluxe and on the back of my certificate it
says:
Be it known that (my name) having been examined by the
board of examiners set up by COMBARPAC AND FOUND
QUALIFIED iaw dnc 5(b) art. 10002 (Speed Keys) is
authorized to employ a speed key on manually operated
radio-telegraph nets if traffic conditions warrant.
