[TenTec] Omni VI vs Orion

Probably because I'm a slow plodder on the key, I notice the slow  
recovery on the Orion (v2059) as well.  In fact, it seems no faster  
than my VI+ with slow AGC and delay set at 1.  Some time ago N4PY  
noted just this issue on the list.
