[TenTec] Amp keying with Argonaut V 516

There has been some discussion on this in the past......I finally got 
around to making something work for me......The idea of using the "T" 
line (12V on transmit only) was from Doug Mein, VA3DM, - Thanks Doug !! 
......The relay driver schematic was found in one of my old
