Type COG cuts the drift. 2nF is the value, 2 nano farads, 2000 pf. To
cut the heating pick the physically largest in the catalog (like from
Mouser or Digi-Key). That will get the lowest dielectric constant
ceramic which usually has the lowest RF loss.
