[TenTec] Orion II - Power up problem - Fixed

Thanks to all for the many responses and suggestions on the problem I was
having with my Orion II.
The problem is now fixed, and just wanted to provide an update here. I
talked to the folks at Ten-Tec, and they first sent me two capacitors to
replace C6 and C7. After replacing, I still had the same problem (5V
cycling on and off). Then talked with Ten-Tec again, and they sent me a
complete new Power Distribution Board - A9. I replaced the original board,
and all works fine now. Sorry, I don't know what exactly was wrong on the
bad pwr board. I have mailed it back to Ten-Tec. The capacitors C6 and C7
on the new board were still 470 uF - 16V, but they were larger than the ones
on the old board.
Thanks to all here, and to Ten-Tec Service for the help with this problem.

73, Tim - N3XX
