I just checked the HRO Web site.  The THP amp you are speaking of, the 
HL-100Bdx, is not sold there due to FCC rules.  It is perfectly legal for licensed 
hams to use, but not to sell commercially in the U.S.  It can be ordered direct 
from THP.
