[TenTec] Older rigs for digital modes

I even read about a guy using an old Heath HW-101 for PSK31, after 
warmup of course.

The Ten Tec PTO can be made more stable by tinkering with the 
temperature compensating cap. They were all individually compensated but 
some were better than others.
