Hi Ray,

I have been using a US Navigator with my Orion II for about a month now,
mostly for psk and rtty modes, but I also use the keyer in it with a
paddle.  It's a great piece of gear, been working fine for me.  Just set
the CAT for Orion, the rtty to 'rev' in the options, and all works well.
 Using it with MixW here, but HRD even has a setup screen just for the
Navigator.

Don't see why it wouldn't work as you suggested, although mine is
plugged directly into the USB port on an IBM Thinkpad.
