[TenTec] Corsair II and Icom as 2nd rx

Be careful of connecting a receiver directly to the 2nd  input on the
Corsair II.
I checked the output of that connection with an RF sniffer and a voltmeter and
found what I considered more than a safe level of voltage there.
I would suggest using a relay between the Corsair II and the 2nd receiver.

Do the test yourself to see if it is safe.
