How do I set up the Hercules II?  Very difficult to set this up and not go into OVERDRIVE in the SSB mode and get max output.  Speech processor is on.  I am using the TT Model 706 mic.  Should I get a Heil mic?

Reminds me of my old TR-7, had to add a resistor across a capacitor for a 90ns delay because the engineers put a resister in series with it and the Cap would take for ever to drain.
