[TenTec] Omni VI S-Meter lighting

Thanks Carter, I'm using Upgrade 1 Omni.  Tried the intensity  adjustment all 
the way up to 15 and still had just a dull amber glow to the  meter.  The 
little mirror is not a cure-all but does help and is  simple.
