[TenTec] K3 vs Orion One

I find it interesting the number of people needing to be spoon feed. The SDR type rigs do not work as the conventional plug and play that we all used for years. One most read and reread the manuals and the archives of this list and or others to understand the workings of these radios.

We are all human and therefore not perfect so why judge the companey for one persons bad day. Also, these folks are not mind readers, so maybe the questions could have been phrased differently so as to help them fully understand the trouble. I know that I find myself becoming upset with service people when the problem is more how I stated the question then with them.
