I doubt the value of an after-tuner filter - the filter needs to see a good 
match fore-and-aft.  Ron is so right about the chances of filter damage - 
that would mean a good part of your output is going for heat.  Remember, 
too,the tuner can assist greatly in harmonic suppression.
