[TenTec] Ten-Tec 9 MHz filters

According to my old TenTec literature, (Pt. No. 74089), Z-in and Z-out are each 200 ohms, the same as the 6 MHz filters. This 9 MHz document shows the same info for the 216, 217, 218 & 219 filters
