Another look:

According to the westegg calculator (the more conservative of the two Joel 
mentions, the KWM-2/PM-2 combination that I bought in 1962 for $1300 would be 
$8821 in 2007, nearly twice the price of my Orion II and 963 power supply.

I've still got the Collins, and it still works.  I hope we're all still 
around to see about the O II in 2055!
