[TenTec] Looking for Omni VI logic board

I'm trying to resurrect my Omni VI+ (option 3 upgrade) that appears to have 
some severe problems related to the logic board. Yes, I have tried TenTec's 
premier repair service, and the rig was rejected by them as being "too 
expensive to fix...".

Anyway, I'm looking for a replacement logic board as that appears to be 
where the problems lie, at least right now.
