[TenTec] not quite OT: outboard DSPs

I used a timewave dsp 599 here with my Paragon II and really liked it. I  
sold it only because I got my Orion which I felt didn't need any outboard  dsp, 
and  that because the Paragon II would now be the spare radio I  didn't need it 
anymore.
