[TenTec] Corsair (I) problem

Can't remember the exact display freq but it almost sounds like 9000 is the
frequency displayed when there's no VFO signal. This happens when you
reverse the remote VFO in/out wires or when the remove VFO is bad, and
lately it's been happening to my 561 (Corsair II) and a gentle tap on the
front panel restores the correct frequency. Indicative of a flaky
connection between boards...

Could be a simple connection problem -- a potential easy fix, as silly as it
sounds, is to open it up and reseat the appropriate connectors. Or all of
them.

Worth a try.
