Thanks all for your suggestions!!   I did find a source for replacement relays www.onlinecomponents.com  that had them in stock. ($1.77 ea. + Shipping)  I'm waiting for them to arrive.  
Hope to find the time to install now with the nice weather setting in. 



Anyone have any tricks for easy desoldering?

I never noticed the pull-in voltage.  I had that link bookmarked in my 
pegasus files as a replacement.  I think it came from this list.  I no 
longer have my 550, but maybe someone out there is adventurous and could do 
a voltage check. 

There is a 5v version listed, apparently also made of unobtainium.
