[TenTec] Corsair frequency display issue

Gil:

The Corsair uses some diodes on the counter board to preset the counter, 
depending on band. Check these, and the band information coming from the 
band switch.  Also check the ceramic bypass caps on the counter board. I 
had a leaky cap in my Corsair that affected the display.
