[TenTec] Sidetone in v. 2.043B?

Try listening with just the Main routed to the headphones, then compare with 
the "Both" setting.  Also the CW rise-time setting the CW menu effects the 
sidetone sound.  I think the difference is that "Both" is the default 
setting when you install the new firmware.
