[TenTec] Orion ll Firmware 2.044A Will Not Load

It sounds like you're using an 'original' Orion, not an Orion II.  Firmware 
version 2.06x is for the 'original' Orion (565), so you won't be able to 
load version 2.044A since it's only for the Orion II (566).
