[TenTec] OT: Indoor Antenna

?I talked with a ham in Florida that was using coax on the ground and 
running it to a mobile antenna on his car.  Is this a violation of a CC&R 
restriction?  Illegal to park in your own drive way? Where I live in the 
country I don't need a permit to put up any type of antenna unless it is so 
tall it needs a light for airplane avoidance.

Remember an outdoor television antenna is protected by FCC regulations
that supersede any CC&Rs.  An HF antenna can be easily hidden within
the confines of the mast, grounding, cabling, guying, etc.  Create
makes a Log Periodic to work the VHF and UHF bands that falls in-line
with the TV antenna regs. if you need something for TX/RX on 6 meters
and up.
