Kevin,

I agree with you on the economy!  It is the pits.

I really like the Scout, it was simple and very easy to use.  I ran it
mobile for years.  That was probably the simplest and least expensive way to
design a radio.  Adding DSP does increase the price but also allows many
features to be added.  With the economy the way it is and what Washington is
planning to add to our costs, I doubt very much if we could bring out the
Scout in the 500 to 600 dollar range.

I appreciate the input Kevin and your interest in Ten-Tec.
