[TenTec] Orion II transmit equalization

This used to be called controlled carrier modulation.  It was a feature 
of cheaper rigs in the 1960's like the Knight T-60 and the Heath DX-60. 
  It seems to work pretty well, and is a whole lot cheaper than plate 
modulation.
