[TenTec] help with Corsair II tx/rx off freq issues

Gentlemen,

The problem has been solved. The RIT pot, which is now associated only with 
the DDS, was not properly connected. Nothing related to the Corsair II here. 
Thanks for your help. I appreciate it and I am sure Scott does as well.
