Oh, yeah. Slips right OFF. ON, well that's a different story. I've rebuilt 15 or 20 PTO's among Corsairs and Omni D's. Finally made a metal tool to hold that little spring. There's a whole chapter of bad words for that operation. Not at all impossible, just a challenge

Not until you've drilled out the set-screw hole and re-tapped it for 
something bigger. And not until you can replace the dial skirt without 
using bad words :)
