As Joe said, we all have our favorites.....

I've had good experiences with products from ByteRunner.  I've used 
their PCI Serial cards in the past and am currently using a USB/Serial 
adapter.  It works for Orion updates and for logging software (DXLab, 
N1MM, etc) interfacing with the 565 and 566.
