[TenTec] adding xtal filter to the Orion

Now I'm puzzled. If the problem is noise/distortion from an offending transmitter, no amount of filtering in the rx will help that. If the transmitter is radiating in the rx pass and, the transmitter has to be cleaned up. 

I must be missing something...?
