On second thought, even if some of those are a bit off, you are using 
the same VFO frequencies and the same BFO on both TX and RX when in SSB 
modes. It should be "netted" even if the absolute frequency is not correct.

On CW two different BFO frequencies are used for TX and RX, and the VFO 
shifts too, depending on sidetone frequency setting. If the BFOs are not 
right, and to a lesser degree if the 20 MHz oscillator is not right, 
your CW TX and RX frequencies will not be "netted."

The 20 MHz oscillator on the Logic Board has to be right. Everything
except the BFO is phase locked to it, when it is all working. The BFO
also has to be right. The manual explains how to adjust them.
