[TenTec] QRP power mod for Paragon II

I offer a chip for the Paragon I that makes it almost identical to the 
Paragon II.  I only have chips left for the later Paragon I that used a 
microprocessor chip that started with V4.

I wrote the firmware for the Paragon II.
