I think the second I got a reply  alluding to a

"frequency reserved for a group 24/7/365 for THEIR USE."

...I would park on that frequency, and start-a-CQing!!

In fact, I almost don't believe anyone could be that stupid to open their mouth
and assume anyone would accept their "claims" to a frequency!
