Right.

LOSS in the line is determined by the match between the antenna and the 
line.

My observation about a 70A Astron supply being insufficient is based on 
presenting a matched load to my Herc II using a 229 or 238.  The Astron 
would go into protect with keydown at full power.  Yes, I could have 
backed off the power a bit, and the supply would have been happy.
