[TenTec] Argo 509 chirp

If you can't track it down from the other suggestions, try keying the TX
with a straight key connected to the key jack.  I found a keying problem on
another Ten-Tec rig than needed a really solid ground to get a good
sounding CW signal.  A keyer wasn't good enough.
