[TenTec] Dim LEDs on Orion front panel

The LEDs illuminating the ANT and VFO switch matrix are VERY dim,
essentially impossible to see.  Before I tear into my Orion 565, I was
wondering if anybody else has previously troubleshot this exact issue.

I suspect either impaired connector conductivity or a bad cap.  But
has anybody already done this deed and can report their findings?
