[TenTec] Herc II Relay?

Sad to report but I'm having an issue with my Hercules II.  Periodically it will go into QSK as asked BUT then it doesn't fully return to receive.  


If I turn off the Herc the Orion comes back to full receive. Turn it back on and the receive signal is degraded.  Then just to confuse things the problem goes away.

I am wondering if this is the first sign of the vacuum relay failing.
