[TenTec] 160 Meter Problem

Of course it doesn't have to be one or the other - I've arranged things 
so I can quickly switch between the two configurations.

The top-loaded vertical configuration wins every time for DX and local 
ground-wave contacts; the dipole configuration regularly wins for inter-G.
